Dolapo Adegboye
Project Lead

Dolapo is a public health researcher with a background in developmental psychology, specialising in early childhood development, mental health, and the systemic and structural determinants of health inequalities. Her work focuses on the complex interplay between social disadvantage and mental health, particularly among children and families from underserved populations.

She is deeply committed to addressing the barriers that prevent equitable access to mental health care and support, including cultural stigma, systemic racism, and socio-economic exclusion. At LIVN Global, she contributes to the promotion of health and wellbeing among vulnerable individuals and communities, advocating for inclusive, community-led approaches that prioritise the needs of those often overlooked in mainstream systems.

Driven by a passion for social justice and equity, Dolapo works to highlight and dismantle the structural factors that contribute to poor health outcomes. Her research and advocacy seek to inform policies and practices that expand access to care, strengthen early interventions, and promote lasting wellbeing for all children and families- regardless of their background or circumstances.
